Working On Sidebar Links

Working on adding links to the sidebar. With the help of Linda and Sherrie, I am slowly getting there! Thanks so much, gals. Right now the links look wonky but I am getting ready to work some more on this project. I have so-o-o many wonderful blogs I want to add to the links. Quilters and bloggers are the best!

If you want, I can show you how to use a site like "del.icio.us" to do your links and you will only have to edit your sidebar once. If you want to email me - I would be happy to explain more.

Thanks for adding me to your links! I have yet to figure out how to do it.

The weblink to the site is http://del.icio.us/

What I normally do is use that only for my weblinks/blogroll – I tag it with a keyword basically of “Blog” for my links (generally just BOM projects) and “roll” for my blogroll, so that they can be separated.

Once I have all of them (if you are using IE you can add a linkbar button to your explorer window so when you are visiting the page, all you have to do is click that button and it will automatically add it to the list after you supply the keyword)

To add the roll to your sidebar, all you have to do is when you are logged into del.icio.us go to “help” - once there, look for “blog integration” and then Link rolls. Choose your options and if you only want to display certain tags.

Copy the script it generates.

Then, where you have been inserting your links, take those out, and paste the script from del.icio.us.

I am not affiliated with this service, just a happy user! PS - I couldnt find your email either to send to you privately.
